M-Reservation enables mobile users to make reservations with merchants through multiple media - mobile phone, PDA and Internet; with confirmation via SMS. It can also be linked with M-Info so that merchants can send surveys and specific messages to those who have made reservations at the shops before.

M-Coupon
M-Coupon enables merchants to send coupons from a variety of interest category to the consumers. The consumers can then retrieve a personal coupon book and download desirable mobile coupons to mobile devices anywhere, anytime.

Campaign Management
Campaign Management is a tools for the merchants to create, develop and monitor their mobile marketing campaigns. It captures the history and transaction details of all mobile marketing activities pertinent to the merchants.

Loyalty
