[Hong Kong] Sime Darby Motor Services Limited has launched their first mobile application for BMW Hong Kong and Macau on 19 Oct to provide a revolutionary personalized experience to their customers. It covers all aspects of personal mobility for BMW, MINI and BMW Motorrad, including test drive booking, engaging in marketing activity, managing users’ cars or shopping online, etc. A design thinking workshop was conducted prior to app development to collect feedback from the various departments within BMW in order to build an app that caters to the all the customers’ needs. The BMW Concessionaires App is powered by Cherrypicks’ INSTORE, an all-in-one pre-sales, sales, maintenance and loyalty solution.
