Cherrypicks at SocTech Symposium 2025: AI Empowering the Future of Social Welfare

We are excited to have participated in the SocTech Symposium 2025, where over 300 professionals from 110 organizations came together to explore the theme “AI for Impact: Driving Digital Transformation in NGOs for Scalable Social Change.” The event showcased how AI can empower NGOs and drive innovation across the social welfare sector.

Our CEO, Kenny Chien, shared valuable insights during a panel discussion on cross-sector collaboration and the development of impactful tools like the Social Worker AI Assistant. At the same time, our Vice President, Stanley Wong, delivered a keynote on implementing AI solutions in NGOs, highlighting how the Social Worker AI Assistant enhances productivity, creating values and supports NGOs in better serving the communities.

Thank you to the Hong Kong Council of Social Service (HKCSS) for organizing this meaningful event. We are proud to collaborate with HKCSS in driving innovation and creating impactful, AI-powered solutions for the social welfare sector. Together, let’s build a smarter, AI-driven future!
