Nurturing Creativity: Cherrypicks Supports Young Innovators

Recently, our founder, Jason Chiu, participated in the Tech-Up GBA Innovators Programme Launch Ceremony and the HKU x Hong Kong Startup Council STARS Programme Demo Day. As a HKU Council Member, Chairman of HKU Versitech, and Advisor to the HKU Entrepreneurship Engine Fund, Jason remains dedicated to guiding young innovators in shaping impactful ventures and driving technological progress.

The event was filled with energy and inspiration, featuring keynote speeches from HKU alumni who shared their entrepreneurial journeys and insights into leveraging AI, robotics, and advanced technologies to transform industries. Ten passionate startup teams pitched their innovative solutions, competing for recognition and awards. It was a dynamic platform fostering collaboration among academia, industry, and government, while celebrating the creativity and ambition of these young innovators.
