[Hong Kong] Here at Cherrypicks, we have been known to enjoy an adult beverage or two but Cherrians upped their game and created their own craft brew on 16 Aug. Cherrians formed several groups and soaked the malted barley in hot water to release the malt sugars. Then they boiled their malt sugar concoction with Hops and their choice of seasoning for their own signature flavor. Next they let the solution cool and added yeast to begin the fermentation process. All that’s left was letting nature do its job and voila, their own home brew! How delicious!
