SINO living mobile app launched for all residents to handle essential matters

Sino Land Company Limited has launched the SINO living mobile app, a bespoke multi-property residential app to provide a convenient and completely paperless platform for Sino property residents to handle essential matters on 5 Nov 2020. Sino property residents are now able to use the app to handle matters such as unit takeover and booking payment settlements, finding useful information and latest announcements across multiple properties and clubhouses. Residents can also enjoy seamless security access to their estate and building with the e-resident card as well as visitor registration capabilities all within the app. Residents and staff are able to report defects via the app and the property handover process with all data and information integrated into Sino’s backend systems have proven to be a great convenience to both Sino staff and users.

Through the latest update on 15 Sep 2021, facility bookings such as function rooms, swimming pools, gym rooms and interest class enrollment as well as clubhouse events can be reserved via the app with payment options. An exchange board has also been added for residents looking to exchange second-hand items with each other. Smart Home functions have also been upgraded to include controlling the air conditioner from the app and automated registration of small tools lending if you need to borrow tools. For easier payment of management fees, the app has linked up with Direct Debit Instruction to pay any outstanding management fees. The Clubhouse booking & payment kiosks have also been updated to use SINO Living’s e-resident card to identify residents before booking facilities as well as expanding the accepted digital payment methods to include, Alipay, WeChat Pay, Octopus, and credit card payments.
